Where can I download the app?
YapThing for Android is in Google Play closed testing; a public Play Store release has not been announced. The iPhone version is in development and is being prepared for Apple TestFlight; it has not yet been submitted. Contact support to express interest in testing either version. Do not download unverified app files from third-party websites.
Can I try YapThing on my iPhone?
The iOS beta is in preparation. You can request an iOS testing invitation; TestFlight sign-ups are not open yet.
How do I restore saved chats?
On Android, sign into the same YapThing account, open My Saved Data, and choose Restore from cloud. This works only if you previously made a cloud backup. A restore can overwrite the destination device's local saved chats.
Do I need to pay for an account?
Basic account creation and local text chat storage do not require a website subscription. Some external AI services can have usage limits. This information site does not sell a paid plan.
How can I delete my account?
Read the account deletion instructions or email support.
